By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using Podcast Multicam Studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product

Podcast Multicam Studio is a software plugin designed to help users automatically edit multicamera podcast, interview, and talking-head content inside Adobe Premiere Pro.

The plugin analyzes audio tracks selected by the user and creates an edited Premiere Pro timeline based on the detected dominant speaker and the user's selected settings.

Podcast Multicam Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe. Adobe Premiere Pro is a trademark of Adobe Inc.

2. License

When you purchase Podcast Multicam Studio, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software.

3. Subscription and Access

Podcast Multicam Studio is sold as an annual subscription for USD $9.90 per year, unless a different price is shown at checkout.

An active subscription gives you access to the software and available updates during the subscription period.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise becomes inactive, your license may stop working.

In general, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee if the plugin does not work on your system and we cannot help resolve the issue.

9. Disclaimer

Podcast Multicam Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Premiere Pro project, media format, workflow, operating system, or third-party tool.

You are responsible for keeping backups of your projects and media files. We recommend testing the plugin on duplicated sequences or backup projects before using it on important work.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of projects, loss of profits, business interruption, or editing delays.

Our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product during the current subscription period.
