2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Using the plugin for a completed project and then requesting a refund.
Buying the wrong product without contacting support.
Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
Unsupported Adobe Premiere Pro versions or unsupported systems.
Attempting to use one license on multiple devices beyond the allowed activation limit.
License sharing, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of the Terms of Service.

3. License Deactivation

If a refund is approved, your license key may be deactivated and you must stop using the plugin.
